Taco Bell Ruzafa - Valencia

Please Avoid at all costs if your not Spanish. My disabled mother ordered food for the family. It was cold and the wrong oder. She went back to inform them and they told her it was her fault she should have walked back quicker (she has a walking stick and is diabetic). They screamed at her in front of the children and told her they are not willing to do nothing so she has wasted €20. We were told the manager was unavailable and there is nothing they can do. They then told her 'you are in our country now so learn Spanish you English pig '. Disgusting!! The police were called and they quoted brexit and have her 3 seconds to leave taco Bell. Ruined our complete experience and she is now receiving medical attention and we will fly home ASAP. Again disgusted with the racism and treatment she received. We have been to the other taco bells many times here and Never experienced food or service like this. PLEASE AVIOD IF YOU ARE A TOURIST

Good food and very fast service at an economic price

The friendly staff but the very fast mediocre food.

If you go with offers is pretty good, the place a bit careless

The food is rich... there is a lack of speed in preparing it but in general they tend well and are very nice. we love that they put offers like tacos at 1 euro and some more because sometimes you go ahead and you want to eat something fast and cheap.
