Starbucks - Valencia

Grabbed a quick coffee and a cookie and a juice. Nice place and ample parking. Only 3 stars because I asked the lady twice that I wanted my cookie to be heated and she assured me that she would be the cookie was served very cold unfortunately.

I don't normally go to Starbucks, but when I do, they are supposed to be friendly but I have not experienced that much. At this location however I did. We visited six flags and this six flags was just down the street. Me and my husband stopped here for a restroom break and brunch. The first thing I asked was the bathroom lock code and they were friendly and showed me it was posted right under the lock ???????????. Where I'm from if I ask to use the restroom before ordering I get an attitude. Thankfully at this location they were friendly. We used the restrooms then ordered. My husband got a breakfast sandwich, which was average jus toile any normal egg, sausage, English muffin. I got the lunch box with chicken, humans and pita bread. Oh my I can say that pita bread quality is soo God. It was so soft and just has me craving more. I won't give Starbucks a 5 star though because the company itself is over rated.

I wish I lived near this Starbucks. Such a great experience. So friendly like they use to be. Everyone tried to live up to the standards of Starbucks but in the past 3 years (so before the Pandemic and we can take those 2 years out in fairness) has been disappointing. I hope this is a sign of things to come from them.

I stopped in a caffeine fix and a snack. Wasnt having a good day, but Hailey was so sweet, and kind. Nice words with a killer smile and great service! Thanks for making a not so great day, much better!!!

Taste Passion fruit tea without sugar was really natural flavor. Awesome
