Ponto Da Esfiha - Valinhos

I've lived in Valinhos for 3 years and I've tried 3 times to eat there but the delay is enormous, in the last week we sat for more than 15 minutes without any service to take orders, there was only 1 waiter to serve the entire room. We got up and left without even placing our order, imagine how long it would take for the food to arrive on the table. As it was our third attempt, I won't be back : Meal type: Dinner

I wanted to have the opportunity to talk to the manager...I went twice and both times I received very poor service...the two girls behind the counter need customer service training...the waiter is agile but also needs training. .please, to prove what I'm writing here...put cameras with audio on site...you have a very good point...but you need to train your employees. I've worked with people for 20 years, it's just a tip... I've seen employees with no attitude, this touches the customer...
