Trasteo Gastro-experiencia - Valladolid

One of the best meals we have had in Spain. We went with the 8 dish tasting menu and it was superb. All the dishes were were beautifully presented, seasoned and delicious. The service was extremely friendly and interested on your opinion. The location is modern, chic, and we only heard locals that night. Highly recommended.

A unique place in the heart of Valladoild. The menu is updated frequently and the food is different and usually a fusion of styles. I have never been disapointed visting Trasteo. The food is served with care and the tasts show the care and research the chef has put into. Most times the food is great but sometimes may be you discover the fusion does not appeal to one's palate, but still the taste is unique and interesting..

We decided to have a late dessert and coffee at this restaurant. It is a very modern and the desserts were amazing. Although the kitchen was closed they accommodated us and it was an unforgettable evening

Me pareció muy original la experiencia gastronómica. Para mí de lo mejor de Valladolid, no es el clásico menú y la elaboración se nota en el paladar. Una grata sorpresa.

Fuimos por probar el Pucela Roll y da lo que promete. El camarero de la barra muy agradable.
