Carl's Jr. - Vallejo

Dear Carl's, I had a disappointing experience at your Vallejo location. For the first time, the person taking my order was rude and ended up arguing with me. When I pointed out that my order was incorrect, he insisted that he had done it perfectly. Overall, not a great experience.

I have to say, I don't give this place 4 stars because it was simply good; it was truly amazing! The restaurant was impeccably clean. I ordered the Burger Breakfast Sandwich combo and requested a large drink, opting for ice water instead of coffee. However, the server insisted on a bottled drink multiple times, which I declined each time. I'm not sure if there was a misunderstanding or if there was pressure to upsell, but it felt a bit excessive. Despite that, the food was outstanding—I'd give it a perfect 10 out of 10!

The food was overpriced for fast food. The restaurant is located in a large, open warehouse at the street entrance, making parking convenient but the atmosphere a bit lacking.

The dining area was closed unexpectedly. A passing person was great.

I came in a week ago on my lunch break ordered fried zucchini a beyond famous. They charged me(I declined if there was extra charge for this) for extra lettuce tomatoe(I only got way extra lettuce) I asked for fresh fried zucchini(not fresh). I did the survey because how much more I paid for my lunch for it to not be right got a validation code to use on next visit. Didn't say what it was for but I came back today to find out that they wanted me to buy a burger to get one free. That's not what I wanted told the manager this explained the reason for my coming back. I was just going to leave forget the whole restaurant chain when I wasn't being understood at first the the manager told me he would fix me another burger I offered to pay for my new order zucchini (hot this time) I was happy. He did his part in making sure he kept a customer although I had to pay for my zucchini...he at least tried to accommodate me. I'll give them that 4 stars.Not quite 5 stars from me yet.
