Chick-fil-a - Vallejo

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The fries were only slightly warm and the fry container was never filled up. It felt like a rip-off, especially since I paid extra for two large fries. Chic-fil-A needs to improve their service.

The service was a bit slow that night. We waited a long time for our food even though we ordered ahead. However, it was a Saturday night so it was understandable. Overall, it was nothing special but I will still return. The frosted lemonade is amazing! If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out.

My wife bought me a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, but when I opened it at home, there was no chicken inside. She called and complained, and the manager gave her a code to use on our next visit. When we returned tonight, the staff informed us that the code had already been used. We will not be dining here again. Make sure to double-check your orders before leaving, or else be prepared for their incompetence to affect you.

I love the spicy chicken sandwich. Their waffle fries are normally 3 on the top and the rest are just crumbs. I don't know what happened to their staff but they are so slow

Nothing about this place was fast? the people, the service. I appreciate their clean interior but man the longest lines ever!!! And the. They messed up my order and I had to go back to pick up a milkshake that they didn?t put in my bag (after waiting 20mins to get my food and 10 minutes in line I had to drive 15 minutes back to get my shake! then waited another 10 minutes forthe shake!
