Feedback gevenFriendly and fast service. I LOVE it when they put the extra smoothie in an extra cup for me (it usually happens when I add whey protein to a large size). Good COVID procedures such as asking guests to wait outside when they are busy.
Was in the store this afternoon to get 2 large drinks. The drinks were excellent after we received them, but it took at least 20 minutes to get them on a hot hot day! After I mentioned we were still waiting, it took another 10 minutes to receive them. Myhusband had time to go get gas at Costco, come back and wait with me! Looks like there was one poor girl making all thedrinks for both online and walk in orders and 5 other employees doing... ?? The register guy was nice, I tipped him, but itdidnt appear anyone was in charge. We receive a couple of sorts, but no... here's a complimentary drink for next time. :
I've visited this restaurant several times, but they've often not been open during their stated hours. On one occasion, they didn't open at all. It seems they really need assistance, as the quality has declined at this location.
We arrived at 5 PM on a weekday and saw a woman knocking on the window. The staff had locked up without any signs, yet they were still clearly visible and working inside. Instead of taking just 30 seconds to open the door and kindly explain, "We apologize, but we had to close early due to X reason," they completely ignored her and pretended she wasn't there. It was disappointing to witness such a lack of customer service, and I felt terrible for the woman. I definitely won't be returning to this location anytime soon.
The place looks really dirty! The doors and plexiglass are covered in splatters. My kids were eager for Jamba, so I went ahead and placed our order, but I won't be coming back to this location.
