The friendly and helpful service, along with the delightful and delicious baked goods, makes this bakery a must-visit for such treats.
I tried this place after its COVID guidelines and new property 'pass' were implemented, but I was disappointed. The service was terrible, slow, and inaccessible unless you had preordered. Even with a preorder, the service was still slow and unable to meet customer demand in a timely manner. There was a long line out the door for sufganiyot on the last day of Chanukkah, but the owners weren't overseeing the operation (Berry). Bakeries tend to be busy in the morning, and I arrived at 8:15 AM, but they still couldn't fulfill orders for in-store customers. It’s a shame because I’ve been a loyal patron for over 30 years, but unfortunately, I will be looking for other options moving forward.
They're always oven. Loved this bakery. But the last four times I left, they had problems with their ovens. So no bread or Danish or anything really. I know they have recently undergone reconstruction. Maybe the one who installed his ovens didn't do the best job. I don't know. I just know I'm looking for another Jewish Bakery. My advice, if you want to try their baked goods, is to call first and see if their ovens work.
The baked goods are WONDERFUL. AMAZING. DELICIOUS. The customer service not so much. Don't mind the discourtesy: It seems baked in.
