Sushi Don - VALLEY VILLAGE

Used to be a fairly solid choice, but seems to have a bit fallen in quality. Let's hope they're back on track. Ikura needs a little more brine and they must be careful to get all bones and scales :

The sushi was subpar and fish want fresh. Very simple din in area not suitable for appointments. There are much better places for the money.

Sushi meets all the notes you want to get from a quick culinary experience: great taste, fast service and affordable prices. The place is completely in the wall, so if you flash, you will miss this spectacular place!

You simply can't go wrong with their Combo B (either Salmon or Yellow tail are highly recommend)

Best sushi per dollar in the city better than Sugarfish. Most of the negative reviews here clearly were looking for inauthentic sauce covered sushi; Sushi Don is about QUALITY and AUTHENTIC fish. Truly the best.
