Customer service is pretty bad. Tried ordering from the drive through. Staff don't even know what there selling, as they told me I can't order what is clearly in front of me on the board. And still argued with me at the window about it. And gave me the wrong sauce. Clearly can't pay attention to

Dirtiest Burger King I’ve ever been to yet. Spit on the windows floors dirty tables not washed. Service was OK but nothing to write home about. Usually stop at this one quite frequently when travelling back-and-forth to Grand Prairie. But now taking it off my list of stops not to mention makeshift wall put up between 7-11 and Burger King must be a owners dispute of some sort, but inconvenient if you want to hit both stores.

Very dirty, all counters were gross, windows, floors, cash till. Lady at the till was on her cell phone 99.9 of the time. Very slow service for “fast food”, skip it and go elsewhere for much better food and service.
