At the restaurant, the service is nice but it takes awhile cause of the many people that eat there. The portions are big, tasty and nicely set on the plate. Another plus is the bathroom. +++
Don't eat after sundown and during the week. I tried a shaorma and "hamsii" but both didn't taste very good, tasted like the ingredients were prepared more than 4 hours ago.
We went to the self service at the second location and the food wasn't fresh and the portion was very small. After all of this we pay a lot of money. I don't recomand this place. I rated with 2 stars because the location was good and the bathroom was clean and big.
I had to return a piece of Veal that was brutally overcooked and that is when the fun started. The waiter's first words were: "you still have to pay for this dish" at witch point I asked to speak to the manager. The manager did not come, in stead 4 different people came to talk to me, each one coming back with the exact same dish that I had returned earlier insisting that no matter what I still have to pay for that sorry excuse for a meal which I had only 1 unchewable bite.At one point some dude even shouted to me that he does not care and that dish has to stay on my table and I have to pay. After being harassed by 4 people I was starting to feel scared that they would try and hurt me and just wanted to leave. That was the point where the manager got into the picture and apologized for everything. She explained that the dish has to be payed no matter what and insisted on me ordering something else to replace the previous dish and that she would make sure that it is done well. Although the manager was nice and the Chicken dish that I ordered this time was edible, I still qualify this as the most horrific experience in a restaurant ever!P.S. The glass of red wine I had tasted like vinegar.
We went in because of a pouring rain, ordered some soups to get warmed up and hot chocolate. The soups were horrible. The chicken one was drowning in greenery and the veal one was thickened with flour - horrible taste and consistency (oh, and a brownish color for a soup that's supposed to be creamy-white).The hot chocolate was also very bad: that type that you can find in a cheap-store, bagged, and that you mix with water. Also, pricey place. They charge extra for bread, chili pepper, sour cream.Uncomfortable chairs and too loud live music (outdated folk songs).
