Over the years McDonald's has really gotten away from the great customer service they used to offer. Times have changed and the quality for the price has as well.I miss the old McDonald's.

They need to do better on fixing their mistakes. I shouldn't feel like I got the short end of the stick when it was their mistake.

There were 3 of us in my car, so I had 3 mobile orders, but they would only give me two of them at a time. Absolutely ridiculous that they made me drive all the way around to get my third order. Not only that, but the drive-through was backed up and it took 10 minutes to get through each time. That was so long it’s because they are so inefficient! Their lawn longer to pick up the order I had already paid for! RIDICULOUS!!!
