Kinnara Thai - Van Nuys

I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to a recent incident. I often order takeout from this restaurant, and I usually enjoy it. However, yesterday, when I placed my order at the counter, my total came to $24.04. I paid with two $20 bills, and the cashier asked if I had the 4 cents. I went to my car to grab the change, and when I returned, I noticed that she had my change already prepared on the counter. To my surprise, the change I received was only $6, meaning the cashier kept the rest without my permission. This raises serious concerns about their business ethics.

However, yesterday when I placed an order at the counter totaling $24.04, I paid with two $20 bills. The cashier asked if I had the 4 cents, so I went to my car to get the change. When I returned and handed her the money, she already had my change prepared on the counter. To my surprise, I only received $6 back. It seems the cashier kept the remaining change without my consent. This reflects poor business ethics, and I was quite disappointed.

They took my food after I had only taken a couple of bites because my friends and I were busy talking. I assumed they took it to box it up and they had actually thrown it away. After I had paid our check I asked where my boxed food was and they said they threw it away- without telling me or asking me. I was upset and andkef wbu they had done that. they said they'd make me a new one- I ordered the curry noodles....... This is what they sent me home with. AWFUL

Dined here with my colleague for an early lunch. Ordered two drinks, a soup, an appetizer, and a lunch special. $40 a person so its on the expensive side and has a service charge of 15% and tip for another 15
