Wendy's - Van Wert

Business hours confirmed.of the business six days ago show that they should be open until midnight. today at 11:23 o'clock sat and they had a half take of the entire journey thru lane unloaded. does not seem to be difficult to honour the business hours they have confirmed. the actual kicker is that two wendys coworkers (in uniform) sat in a white car, with the doors were probably paid open to sit there while the driver unloaded. nice cool people.

This restaurant experience was awful. We waited 20-25 minutes for a parking space to pick up our drive-thru order. When I went inside to get a refund, I realized that my order was ready next. However, two of the sandwiches were incorrect. I have no desire to return to this place.

Eating was okay. the dining room is dirty. gorilla wallpaper on the floor and sitting opportunities. wallpapers pouring off the walls and ceiling tiles, look like they could fall out. sweeper sits in the dining room.

They are typically rude eight out of 10 times they messed up the order and if you try to call most the time you can’t get through so your only options is to either suck it up and drive back and get your food replaced or eat the money because they don’t refund you money. They offer to send coupons To make it right but I’ve been promised that multiple times and still has never seen a single one!

The way this location treats the Doordasher picking up the food is plan rude. Employees will come right out and tell you that all other orders come first. Order was received in store at 11:43am and was not received by me until 12:14pm. How does it take 31 minites to make a son of baconator, french fry and a drink.
