The menu features a wide variety of items, from appetizers to main dishes and desserts. The curry dishes come with rice, and the portion sizes are quite generous. While the prices may be slightly higher than those at typical Indian restaurants, the quality justifies it. Overall, this place is fantastic for enjoying delicious Indian food, and the owner provides friendly service, making for a pleasant dining experience. I would highly recommend it—definitely a 10/10!
Just a heads up, though—this place gets quite busy, especially when there are a lot of takeout orders. We kicked things off with samosas accompanied by mint chutney and tamarind chutney. The restaurant's name is perfectly fitting, as we absolutely fell in love with their various dipping chutneys. Next, we tried the spicy jalapeño naan, which was so good that we couldn’t resist munching on it before our main dishes arrived. I ordered chicken chhorma and prawn masala, both of which were served at the ideal temperature and were seasoned exactly to our taste. Having enjoyed plenty of Indian cuisine in my life, I can confidently say that their chicken chhorma, naan, and chutneys are exceptional. I absolutely recommend this place—it's easily in my top five Indian restaurants!
We stopped at this restaurant for dinner on our way back to Seattle from a weekend trip to Portland. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the service was both fast and friendly. We ordered a few appetizers followed by our main courses, and everything was served quickly. The portions were generous, and we even had to take some food home. Each dish was seasoned perfectly, which was important since we had a few children in our group. It’s the perfect spot for a delicious Indian dinner, and we’ll definitely be returning in the future.
Much better experience this time. they make their chicken tikka masala and lamb corma exactly as I like it. I am not too fond of their fried items like pakora, but this seems to be the case that most restaurants . the garlauch naan t hi is the time fresh and hot good tika masala and briani. naan is flat and heavy.
The only nice sit down Indian Restaurant in the Vancouver, WA area. The Buddha mural greets you warmly as you enter to a well lit relaxed ambiance. Weekends are so busy, which talks about their good business. The owners are very friendly and warm. They are always adding new items to the menu and now have started their weekend Indian Breakfast menu. They have a wide variety otherwise with tasty food. They have a nice little store next door for some quick pick ups. They are open seven days a week, worth a visit!
