Staff is always friendly helpful. Healthy option for lunch or dinner.

We were promised a refund, but it never materialized. A few days later, the store manager called my husband to inform him that we would receive our money back but yelled at him, stating we were no longer welcome at their establishment. After waiting over a week without a refund, I called the store and the manager hung up on me. It's troubling that the staff at this store are unable to manage customer complaints appropriately. We remained calm and simply pointed out that the food we received was unsatisfactory; it felt as if we were being treated poorly. With 16 years of experience in store management, I know there are professional ways to de-escalate situations and resolve issues. Based on this experience, I will be reporting this establishment to the Better Business Bureau.

The bowls and rolls were horrible.. Hardly any sauce and ingredients other than a large mess of noodles. Extremely disappointed with it.

The staff members are always helpful. I would give them 5 stars. The food tends to be bland, but it is healthy and I suppose as a culture we are used to over salted and artificially seasoned foods. I still think the main menu could use some tweaking to make it more appetizing. But it's a good alternative to fast food. It's healthy and quick.
