Hy Tea Lounge - Vancouver

A very nice place, service was very friendly staff. We celebrated a birthday and they arranged balloons for us and also offered us to take photos. The food was good, they are a tea place, so I would recommend ordering pastries, afternoon tea sets over the rams and rice dishes. Overall it was a great experience and we will visit again soon.

Open table said reservations can be booked until 5. Showed up telling me they are closed. None of the staff knows what to do. Then the manager came out and told me the same thing with an attitude of “too bad i cant help you”. Said she offer me a 10% off next time, so i ask how would you even do that? And she gave no answer and brush it off. Continuously blaming its my fault, open table is not updated i should of done my own research. Then admits is her fault for “not contacting and confirming bookings”. Then start asking if i can speak mandarin. AND CONTINUE TO TELL ME THEY R CLOSE, too bad. Bruh. (I can see my name on the booking list, kept telling me i am not on it) awesome bro
