Papa John's Pizza - Vancouver

Pizza was good and service was good as well. They got the order right and even gave me extra sauces for no charge

I don't usually give bad reviews in fact I don't remember the last time I left a bad review. I felt I needed to in this situation though. The other day I ordered two pizzas to be delivered contactless online. The order included 6 and change delivery fee and a 5 dollar tip. When the pizza was delivered the driver came to the door and rang the bell and had my daughter sign the receipt which did not include the tip on it and had a message that the drivers work for tips please tip, so she tipped 5 on there resulting in a $10 tip. That 5 was added to the other 5 when the transaction was finished. I called to get that 5 taken off and they claimed to not to be able to take it off but that I could come in and get it. If I wanted to go in would I have paid over $11 to have it delivered? This is fraud. Long story short check your receipts and bank statements if you order from these people.

How is this pizza chain still in business. I won't go on and on, just try it. It's not good pizza. Never again.

Order three pizzas for my nephew's birthday party. He was turning six got a text message saying the pizza was ready arrived to pick it up sat in the lobby for at least 10 minutes at which point I was given the three pizzas that we ordered silly me I didn't check them and upon arriving at my nephew's birthday party I find out that I have arrived without his pizza I got two pepperonis instead of the pizza that we ordered so we had to call them and while everybody else ate my nephew waits for his pizza to show up because they did deliver it after we called them however that's not the point the point is my six-year-old nephew didn't get his birthday dinner as he had wished- I don't like that. so, I should have checked the pizza I guess but they should have got my order right so just giving him a so-so on that so I do appreciate that they delivered it and I believe they waive the delivery fee but that would be expected given the fact that the mistake was theirs so.

The location is excellent and the customer service at this restaurant is top notch. Casey always delivers my order right to me, even though I don't wait at the counter. They have my regular order memorized and I never forget this place. I love it here!
