Feedback gevenFor my last year of making deliveries; this location continues to ignore the lobby despite full staffing. Every visit is more ridiculous than the last.
HEADS UP: THEY CLOSE AT 4:00AM. The lady who helped clarify was as nice as I could hope anyone would be at 4:21 in the morning. Uber Eats made it appear they were open and I was supposed to pick up orders. She explained they were closed. Whoever can change the hours on Google please do because that poor lady has had to turn away about 10 customers in the last 20 minutes.
If you want to flirt with your coworkers go do it somewhere else and actually put someone who is willing to actually listen to an order, sorry it took a minute to order but it's what you get paid to do?
Went inside because the drive through line was super long I was the only one inside I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito more people came in behind me they got 3-4 different families food done before finally I went up there and asked where my food was because I was trying to be patient. Turns out they didn’t even have it close to being ready they finally made it and it ended up being completely wrong. I ate it anyways because I didn’t want to wait.
Staff was rude. I was perfectly fine to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru at 1am for a pick up. But there is no reason for the staff to treat the customer's in bad representation of the company. Hopefully next time they can put a smile on their face and answer a question politely.
