Barbara Restaurant - Vancouver

My wife and I had a very pleasant evening to eat and watch our meals prepared by owner/kitchen patrick hennessy. he was a pleasant host who was willing to answer and explain our meals while preparing them. the quality of the food and the presentation were excellent. the cocktails were also well designed and prepared. a wonderful evening.

Chef Pat was amazing and it was such a cool experience to watch your food be constructed right in front of you! It is such a cozy experience and glad we got the opportunity to dine at Barbara!

Delicious, well presented thoughtful menu for a price that I thought was reasonable for the quality. The seafood was what I felt was most memorable. I'd certainly go again but I wouldn't rush to make another reservation.

Everything was excellent. Food tasted amazing, and portions were good. The service was great, and it was nice to have the chef introduce his creations. The intimate dining space makes a big difference and really makes it feel more personal.
