A fantastic bubble tea at a great location, across from Safeway and close to bus stops! Their shop is small, yet cute, and their drinks are fantastic, even if their menu selection is pretty small. They do have milk substitutes also! I highly recommend the peach oolong milk tea :

Thai brown sugar tea tasted great, texture of boba was sweet and chewy. Great service. Thoughtful to have recyclable straws instead of plastic. Also appreciated and enjoyed the fresh taro, taro was a bit overpowered by the milk flavor though. Also wish they offered a lower or 0% sugar and ice option, only goes down to 30% for both which personally was still a bit sweet for me considering there was also lots of brown sugar flavor. The ice also makes it hard to get the rest of the jelly pieces at the bottom since I drink so quickly and the ice hasn't all melted, at least it was small crushed ice. A great product comes from attention to details and willingness to improve based on feedback. Cheers.
