Biminis Management Ltd - Vancouver

Horrible place!! bad management, new owners!! bad food, unorganized, messy !! changing everything, when I ordered beer, the server had to come back 3 times to tell me it was out!! the bar was so busy and it looked like there was not enough people on, as the server took a long time to come to the table. Drinks and food took forever!! i highly recommended not coming here.

This was by far the most unprofessional and worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant/pub. We had made a reservation for the UFC fights with friends. We were sat by the hostess and not given menus until our server finally came by 20 minutes later. Our drinks took 30-45 minutes each time and food took over 2 hours. Our server was gone most of the night and would run in frantic and run away before we could even order anything else. A large party was sat after us at a nearby table and they all received drinks and their dinner before ours. This was extremely frustrating. Our server did not seem to care that we were missing a majority of our menu items and kept saying “ya it’s coming”. This is quite disappointing especially since we payed a 10$ cover fee each. Biminis has become quite disorganized and it does not seem that their staff have proper training. It was a very disappointing experience and we will not be back.

My sister and I recently stopped by Bimini's for a few drinks and to play one of their many arcade games. We had hoped to play Buck Hunter, but unfortunately the machine was jammed. The General Manager Tosin spent a ton of time trying to fix the machine for us, and even gave us some complimentary drinks to make up for our disappointment. I couldn't say more about how great the service was, reasonable prices, and a super fun atmosphere. I haven't been to Bimini's in ages, but I will most certainly be returning after what a fantastic experience we had!

Working in hospitality I know how it is to work to with the “people” and these servers are the absolute bomb at it, and the manager is an absolute gent. Such a dope environment.

I was about the only customer in there, but I still didn't think it was physically possible to cook food that fast, wow! It was great quality, as was the customer service and the drinks. I would definitely come here again if in or near this area.
