Ciao Bella Restaurant - Vancouver

Oh, man. I can't go wrong with the pollo ciao bella. chicken and mushrooms in the most delicious freakin sauce and you have the choice of pasta.

Usually delicious, except the last time we came and the risotto was soggy and the kalbs had no taste. if they order pasta, they do not go wrong.

A 3.5-star experience. we tried the dine out vancouver menu for $40. the complementary brot should be served warm and better.

We stumbled on this place, with a windowful of awards, and are glad we went in. The pasta was excellent and good value, and (my wife says that) the pianist played well. He was also fun - interacting with my daughter and others to see if they knew the tunes. On the days when there is no pianist, the pasta is half price, which would make it an outstanding cheap eat. Good service more generally.

We were in Vancouver for a day, looking for a place to eat, and happened to stroll by. The food was delicious. There was a three course salmon meal, which was great value for money, and the smoked salmon pasta was very tasty. We sat outside - a little cramped, and noisy with the traffic, but still very pleasant. Service was quick and friendly.
