Fatty Cow Seafood Hot Pot - Vancouver

Terrible service. Tipped less because of terrible service. Staff physically blocked us from leaving and demanded that we tip at least 10%.Terrified my group. We paid the extortion fee. We are never coming back.EDIT: yeah this place is still trash.EDIT2: Still garbage. Learned from other people they served rotting food during their family celebration.

Visited there the first time and it was also my last time! Never coming back because of the bad service. Our server was Chloe and she gave us a chilly reception. At the end of the meal, she stared at my friend who was entering the card’s password to pay for the bill and that was unacceptable for us. When she received the tips, she even asked again and expressed an annoyance. It was the worst mea ever! Don’t deserve the money

We made reservations early and we're the first customers for dinner. The waitress was very friendly and helped our group throughout the night even as it got fairly busy.The food was really good and our vegetarian mum was happy with her options as the rest of us got lots of meat. I'd definitely come back again.

What an amazing place to visit, it's been a long time since I was traded that well at the restaurant in Vancouver, food was amazing, the price is a little bit tight but definitely worth it they fed us like kings, we were unfamiliar and new to the system they have and they were kind enough to make recommendations and to explain us how it worked. Great experience
