Festal Paleo Cafe - Vancouver

I sampled four items on the menu and highly recommend all of them! I requested additional eggs, which were cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning for more. Just be aware that food is served as it is ready in the kitchen, so if you are in a large group, some may finish their meals before others receive theirs.

We went for weekend brunch and found that the restaurant was empty. The server was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. However, it took a long time for our orders to arrive and they came at different times, so some of us had finished eating by the time others got their food. The food itself was okay, but nothing extraordinary.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this restaurant. I follow a Keto diet and was excited to find this place near my office. I ordered the Caesar salad in "feast size", added a chicken breast, and chose the Keto crouton option. However, what I received was basically just romaine lettuce in a small cardboard box. The $5 chicken breast was very small and unseasoned, diced into tiny cubes. As for the Keto crouton option, it seemed to be non-existent. For $23, this meal was way overpriced and I felt it was worth more like $6-$8. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Everything I have tried, is consistently amazing. From the Smoothies to the Butter Chicken, to the desserts it’s all amazing. Defiantly one of the top 2 places in the lower mainland in regards to keto friendly food items.

Unfortunate.I am Keto so got excited to discover this place just blocks from my office. Got the Caesar in “feast size”, added a chicken breast and got the Keto crouton option. Was basically romaine in a small cardboard box, the $5 breast was maybe 1/4th of a steamed unseasoned breast diced into tiny cubes, and the Keto croûton option was just nothing I guess? Lol. For $23 this was super disappointing. I would probably pay $6-$8 for this. Won’t be back.
