Great neighbourhood spot. Very tasty. Consistent food for good value. Super friendly owners. Love roti kitchen!

One of the best takeout places in Vancouver and one of my go-to restaurants. $16 to be super full and all their dishes are delicious. I've tried many of their rotis and my favourite is the butter chicken roti/rice. Lady at the counter is always pleasant to talk to. Be aware they are take out only; I often park on a side street nearby.

Minus a half star for overly long and inaccurate wait times for the food. Minus another half star for overfried pakoras. Best to just stick with the rotis since they are excellent and decent value.

Yesterday, I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Indian Roti Kitchen restaurant. I decided to swing by to pick up my food, and I had my cat with me, who was sitting peacefully on my back. The restaurant is quite small, with the distance from the main door to the counter not even reaching 50 meters. As I was about to enter, a new female staff member halted me and informed me that pets were not allowed inside. I understood and told her that it's not a problem, and I asked if she could bring my food to the entrance. But here's where things took a turn for the worse. She started shouting at me, stating that she couldn't bring everyone's food to the gate, and shockingly, she outright refused to give me my food. I'm completely baffled by this woman's behavior – her rudeness was off the charts. This incident left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I'm appalled by the lack of professionalism and respect shown by this staff member. I'll definitely be reconsidering whether I want to support this establishment in the future.

Indian Roti's dine-out experience is simply fantastic! The staff at Indian Roti were welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall dining experience. They were happy to provide recommendations and catered to dietary preferences with ease.If you're a fan of Indian cuisine or simply looking to explore new flavors, Indian Roti is a must-visit.The only consideration was that the space is small, and dining in not an option. However, the takeout experience was still delightful, and the food tasted just amazing.
