Mahony's Tavern False Creek - Vancouver

What a wonderful place to visit! The food is delicious, the views are spectacular, and the staff is exceptional! We celebrated my wife's birthday there, and the service from our waitress was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely return soon! Thank you!

I discovered today how they run their happy hour. At 8 PM, you can get three tacos for $17. Then at 9 PM, you only get two tacos for $11. They literally take the taco tray, flip it upside down, and suddenly you have two tacos instead of three. You only save 16 cents per taco! Happy Hour? It feels more like Crappy Hour. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to the fantastic food and drink options, all at reasonable prices. We've visited multiple times, and our favorite server, Guru, always goes above and beyond to make us laugh and ensure we have a great time. Every visit is consistently enjoyable!

Sure Vancouvers going through a cold spell but this is the coldest I’ve ever been inside any food or beverage establishment in my life. Ya I know, high ceilings, lots of glass but you have to provide the basics for your patrons ie heat! Food arrived hot but cooled off quickly. We tried changing spots to see if there was heat somewhere else… nope. The glass surround around the natural glass fireplace also ice cold even with your hand on the glass. Servers agreed but had nothing to offer. I also noted the front double outside entry doors were left open the entire What gives? I won’t be going back this winter.

An amazing place with good service and good menu. The best thing is the place, which is really a tavern! Beautiful decoration, highly recommended!
