Minami Restaurant - Vancouver

Came here for what I intended for a quick dinner but I forgot that Minami is not a "quick fix" sushi restaurant.

If your on the search for an overpriced sushi spot with sushi that's basically made mass quantity like a production line, then you are in luck.

Holy moly I have never ever waited for 1.5 hour for any food place as I am always starving when I smell food.

Hay una cosa que se llama: Ebi Oshi Sushi... ES BUENÍSIMO!!! No te lo puedes perder. El lugar está muy bien ubicado, cerca de otros restaurantes y bares, siempre tiene gente pero tiene una atmósfera tranquila, el servicio es muy agradable. No es barato pero vale la pena, la comida tiene gran calidad.

I never watch what I order here. Everything is amazing and I usually end up spending close to $100 just for myself which is why I only go once a year. However, it is the best sushi around and the menu always varies besides their delicious basics. Must have is the oshi. I don't know what they do compared to other sushi places but it is top notch. . . and I eat sushi 3x a week easy.
