Panago Pizza - Vancouver

I'm not sure if it's just this location, but they offer a fantastic $6 special that includes an 8-inch personal pizza along with a juice or soda. You really can't go wrong with that—it’s such a great deal! Plus, the customer service at this location is outstanding. There's also plenty of parking available all around.

I generally enjoy Panago pizza, but the staff at this location truly elevate the experience. They are all incredibly friendly, remember my usual order when I arrive, and seem genuinely happy to be working there, always laughing. By the way, I love the veggie korma pizza!

I can't help but love the gooey cheese and the multigrain crust! (Don’t forget to click on my photos to view them in full size.) All three pizza places are reasonably priced, but Panago Pizza is definitely worth every penny. They put a lot of care into crafting their pizzas, and the toppings are always generous. That said, when I'm in the mood for fries and gravy on my pizza, my go-to is Pizza Hut!

Worst customer service, rude staff and long wait time

I ordered two Brooklyn pepperoni pizzas, which are supposed to have layers of pepperoni. However, Panago seems to have a different interpretation of what "layers" means. I received two pizzas, each cut into six slices, but they only had five and four small slices of pepperoni on them. Honestly, how can you send this out to customers without feeling embarrassed?
