Redbeef Noodle Kitchen - Vancouver

I tried their Signature Beef Noodle and the Spicy Beef Noodle, both of which had flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and tender beef. I also ordered their Taiwanese popcorn chicken and mango smoothie, and both were delicious! My expectations were high due to all the hype surrounding this place, but it definitely lived up to it. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I first learned about RedBeef Noodle Kitchen a few months ago from Instagram. I had it on my list to try, but it slipped my mind until a co-worker mentioned it last week. So, when my boyfriend and I were searching for a new restaurant to try, I suggested visiting RedBeef Noodle Kitchen. We loved it so much that we returned a couple of weeks later! This review combines our experiences from two visits.

I have visited this restaurant twice for authentic Taiwanese noodles. The beef and tendon options were particularly delicious, and the soup was very flavorful. The beef wraps were also a pleasant surprise.

My bf and I love this place. The signature broth is SO good it comes with so many rich flavours, yet never seems too greasy. It 's like having a hug in your mouth. My bf says, definitely get the Premium Red Beef Noodle Soup. The fried chicken with basil is also amazing. Don 't miss out, come visit for some authentic Taiwanese cuisine.
