Subway - Vancouver

I am troubled by the fact that an employee at the restaurant refilled the vegetables by simply dumping more on top of the old ones. They did not use fresh containers or rotate the stock. If they are willing to do this in front of customers, it raises concerns about what other unsafe food practices may be occurring behind the scenes. I have decided not to return to this location.

I have got this terrible service never ever in my life. In the evening, her name is GOD, received my order, and after hearing the first order, the second order was made without asking the size or type of bread. So I talked to her and since then, she threw all the vegetables into the bread as she showed angry. After I got home, I realized that she had calculated wrong.I had to refund the rest so I had to go there again. In the refund processing, she made mistake again. I said “I need to get more”. She said” are you sure?” Two times. I was upset with her. I didn’t get mad at her from the beginning, but her behavior upset me afterwards. So I complained, but she also told me to call the headquarters. I will never go again.

We arrived with a group of 7 people at midnight. The sole worker at the counter was awesome and patiently took our 7 individual orders. He even brought out chairs from the back so we could all sit together. The smooth jazz music created a nice atmosphere. Five stars all around. We also split a 50, which was fantastic. What a legend!

Kate was exceptional! She welcomed me with a friendly smile as I walked in. It was my first time trying a sandwich at Subway, and I was unsure of how to proceed. Kate patiently explained the ordering process, and suggested toppings and sauces for my sandwich. She then prepared a delicious, perfectly toasted sandwich. Thank you, Kate, for your hospitality and all your help!
