Sushi Coen - Vancouver

Ordered delivery off of UberEats as it was the only place open late (2am) food was subpar, not mind blowing but good enough to finish. Ordered the Calamari Tempura Roll (bogo) which was a bit fishy and the California Roll which was a bit below average for Vancouver sushi standards. Only real gripe is that the soy sauce container is too tall and narrow to dip so I ended up having to pour it into the lid of the take out container. If you’re craving sushi and have no other option, this place isn’t too bad for the price.

We ordered a buy one, get one deal from Uber Eats and specifically requested 2 cups of soy sauce. However, we were incredibly disappointed with what we received. It's a shame that some people try to profit off of the quantity of soy sauce provided.

We ordered takeout and didn’t get chopsticks. Also, their choice of bbq sauce is very interesting… wouldn’t recommend that or the beef roll. Weird take on “American”

Do not order online! The restaurant website took my money but the place was closed despite supposedly open. No refund.

This restaurant used to be decent when it was late at night and options were limited, but it has gone significantly downhill. The delivery took longer than expected, the hot sauce spilled all over the bag and containers, and the calamari tempura roll tasted freezer burnt and was hard. The Chicken Karaage lacked sauce, the meat was fatty and the coating was tough and cold. The Gyoza was also cold and hard, while the Salmon roll did not match the picture and was warm with strange colored nori. The food seemed old and reheated, with the sushi being disappointing. Overall, it was a waste of money and I will not be returning.
