Tim Hortons - Vancouver

I had a doughnut. ?....and an ice cap. Pretty hard to mess that up. The wonderful lady who works behind the counter deserves a raise.

I’ll be Frank this is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been in years. I was hoping the place had changed since the last time I was here 6 months ago. Nope!First of all it’s supper time (6pm) and they have no donuts. I asked what time they close the lady said 11 and I mentioned you have no donuts. She just turned away and spoke to her friend in another language. The last donut they had was baked like yesterday ie stall and dry. Customer service is the lowest, all tables dirty. When I asked the lady she said I’ll get to them when I can. There’s like no one in there. Many customers came and went as the wait for someone to take your order was silly. Also no donuts. The floors have garbage strewn all over. A woman with her 3 year old needed the toilet but upon entering left as it was not cleaned. Lastly it’s like 85F in here no AC Clearly the franchisee has given up and is just running it into the ground.

I had a terrible and disappointing experience at this restaurant. They were out of items during lunch time, including timbits and savory pastries. I ordered a creamy chili that turned out to be mostly water. This was my third bad experience at this place and I will not be returning.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday and was surprised to find plenty of available seats. I tried the new pumpkin spiced ice cap and a four cheese twist. Both dishes tasted as they should, without any issues.

I had a disappointing experience with the potato wedges at this particular Tim Horton's location. They seemed old and reheated, as they were not soft and did not taste good. Although they were served hot, they did not meet the usual standard I have come to expect from Tim Hortons. I have had much better wedges at other Tim Hortons locations.
