Wendy's - Vancouver

I usually like Wendy's, but this particular location was disappointing. There were only 4 other customers in the entire restaurant, yet the tables were dirty and the drink area was unclean. The floors were wet and sticky, and the restroom upstairs looked like it hadn't been checked or cleaned all day. The staff seemed idle, with some standing around laughing and one person on their phone. I won't be coming back to this location.

The burgers are delicious and the soda machine at this restaurant is top-notch, offering a wide variety of options including Mr. Pibb. I'm not familiar with Mr. Pibb, but it's available at this establishment's soda machine.

My new go to fast food! They got spacious place and not too busy, plus it’s quite clean too. Their chicken strips were also nicely seasoned, not dry.. menu is interesting. I’m a happy customerrrr!! ??

So this is like the third time that I’ve come to this Wendy’s to get food for my kid and they’ve screwed something up. They rush you away at the Drive-through window and when you ask them if everything is in the bag they say yes yes yes and they basically rush you away and this is the third time that they forgot something so when I get home check my order, there’s something missing I tried calling the store to let them know they don’t answer the damn phone, so how are you supposed to tell them something is missing when you already got home and they won’t answer the door like you have to go back there in order to get through to them waste more gas when gases are they expensive that’s what sucks is like you have to spend more gas to go fix their mistake. It’s stupid and all they do is give you the item that they forgot they don’t try and make it better. They don’t try to fix their mistake to make you happy days so we are you are you a burger? OK will give you your burger, we’re not going to replace the guys are the time that you had to spend fixing our mistake

The restaurant is decent. The service is excellent but can be a bit slow. The food is average, although the burgers could be hotter. The atmosphere is lacking, with cleanliness being an issue and understaffing being evident. It would be beneficial to pay the staff more and hire additional help.
