Great American Bagel - Vandalia

The service was decent, but unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The bagel was under-toasted, and the eggs, cheese, and bacon tasted like they had come straight from the microwave.

The service was disappointing and the quality of the food was terrible. They didn’t even toast the bagel for my sandwich! I ended up throwing most of it away. Food rating: 1/5.

I inquired whether my bagel would be toasted, and I was informed that all bagels are toasted. However, my bagel arrived untoasted and was quite disappointing. The service was lacking as well. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.

Solidly good airport breakfast spot to help feed your hunger. The staff was nice, service was quick, the food was hot, and the bagels were soft. I ordered the bacon bagel on Asiago. After being toasted the cheese on top was a little burnt but the bagel itself wasn't hard or dry so perfect! There aren't many food options in this airport and this is one of the only ones that open early.

Rude server. Bad attitude. Not happy to be there. The seating area was messy as well. Recommend avoiding this location.
