Kfc Taco Bell - Vandalia

Love this place. The store manager is amazing. She stayed open during Covid to help feed truckers when so many would close their doors. I stop in every time that I go through Vandalia IL. Gave me soft tacos. I did not request soft tacos but they said you have to request hard tacos otherwise you will get soft tacos. This is the first time I 've ever heard that. Receipt states *soft tacos like I requested them. One had about a tablespoon of meat and no cheese on either of them. Called and drove back to get a replacement and was given SOFT TACOS again. Called the next day and asked for the store manager but they don 't have one. What??? Asked for a manager and it was the one who gave me soft tacos after I called and requested hard tacos for the replacement. She said I replaced that order and it was correct and then she hung up the phone. Made a complaint online to corporate and requested a phone call. That was a week ago and they have not called me
