Falafels were bland and houmous ok. pita was very soft and warm. there were no other vegan dishes because there was no tofu. the waiter has not understood the word vegan, although a sign in the restaurant indicate vegan eating.
This place offers clearly marked vegan foods (hummus, falafel, fried rice/noodles and tofu, pasta, pumpkin soup. the hummus has a good texture, but is a bit bland. falafel are tasty, but small, so the hummus falafel dish is a bit expensive because the whole part is small. instead I would prefer roasted rice/noodles with tofu, even if the tofu is also a bit bland (the rest is not.) make sure that the cook makes the dish without eggs (the vegan and not the vegetarian version). the owners are friendly and nice. one of the few vegan-friendly restaurants by vang vieng, so they will probably give it a try, and it will be good.
I was really disappointed by this place. falafel were super dry and you could see that they were from a very cheap industrial packaging. also the hummus had no taste at all, and they pay more than $5 for falafel and hummus, not even big part. would not recommend it at all.
