It’s origin is older than 1953(date mentioned) . Best known for South Indian foods and filter coffee. Friendly staff and owners. The quality of food needs an upgrade it lacks a little freshness. Cost is still not as high as other South Indian joints but be sure to spend around 200 for 2 person. Sharing some pictures, I have liked the place as it still gives you an old feel. In the midst of such crowded place you find this calm place.
If the review had negative I would give negative stars. Ordered meals after they told those are limited meals and service boy he is very arrogant. Plates were not cleaned properly look like they are oldest historical plates, stinky. Rice half cooked, rice got over even the limited meals they serve very little. Worst ever experience in varanasi
A small cafe with decent service at just a striking distance from Godowlia Chourah. Soth indian and chinese dishes are available. It's a 10m in to a building on the right from Godowlia chowk
I really adore this restaurant! If you are a foodie person, just go straight inside the restaurant. The menu is totally veg and very delicious. They even have some dishes other than the South indian one's. I tried pav bhaji and it was really very delicious. I m a big fan of the restaurant!
Never tasted home food so accurately tasting like home food. Very reasonably priced , place is a minimal, so you will appreciate the place for food alone.
