Cafe Coffee Day - Varanasi

In the centre of the mall,this ccd is located. Food and coffee served is good. But service here is really bad. Recently went there to order cafe frappe. Asked them to redeem beans,they made excuse saying that the scanner is not working,but the reality was they wanted us to pay in cash. That's bad as a management. Sitting arrangement is good.

One of my favourite spots for a coffee. This one's a little different set up in midst of a mall u won't be having dat much of a relaxing and chatting ambience but dat too is enjoyable in a different way. If alone u won't get bored u will have something or the other to look up to. The con being they won't be always well stocked with everythng so u might miss up with the coffee or snack u would have wanted at that time.

Yhey use to make good frappe ...i used to have it every day but now their rates have doubled and quality is so bad....like water mixed with coffee n ice....i will stop ordering ....i cant let them fool me me like dis

I asked them to write happy new year they have sent just plain cake

I think y'all don't know the meaning of croissant, the way you prepare looking like a bread choco and I am sharing the pictures u will see u just spread the choco middle of croissant, very bad customer service. I also appraised the delivery person who delivered the parcel on time.
