Pereira's - Varca

I recently spent a great deal of time at the beach shack on Varca Beach. It was an incredibly peaceful and friendly atmosphere with comfortable loungers, delicious food, and good wine. The beach itself was beautiful and not crowded at all. The staff at Pereira's shack and restaurant were extremely helpful, always smiling, and had great attitudes. I am looking forward to returning later this year.

Walking distance from sterling Varca resort This is the first shack that comes your way. A good place to relax and enjoy the nearly calm sea and relish the chilled beer with snacks. I enjoyed this place many times during my stay.

I arrived 30 minutes before sunset at the restaurant, where only one other couple was dining. I had hoped to enjoy a nice sunset dinner, but ended up waiting 45 minutes for my fish curry and veggies. I ended up eating alone in the dark.

Went to the beach shack whilst studying st Zuri White Sands.. I can honestly say it was the worst meal of the holiday.I had Chicken Xacuti and the chicken had gristle on it which wasn't great... hubby had a vindaloo which was quite bland and tasteless.I wouldn't go here again if I ever return to Goa!! There are nicer better shacks like Misha, Garden Court and Zeons to eat at and get good food!!
