This little fish restaurant in Vejers strand is one of the rare treats that you Can give yourselves. We went in for a two person lunch and had Moules frites and the traditionel Danish fish plate stjerneskud which is an open sandwich with lots of different fish, shrimps and salat on top. Everything was very Well cooked. The moules frites came with a cream and White Wine sauce with tomatoes and aspargues which was very delicious. The only thing was that the fries looked like (perfectly fried) non homemade fries and were served on a plate. Serve Them in a small Bowl and make sure that They have the look and feel of homemade tasty fries. We had a delicious sauvignon blanc White Wine from Loire. In general They have a fine Wine card with a semi wide selection of Wine Per glass, which is very convenient.
Half cold food in buffet form, for the price not my thing.
