Max Västerås Erikslund

A very good service. the staff can not seem to manage time, which means they wait forever to get their food. I waited 20 minutes to get a standard lunch of a money that didn't seem to know what happened at all. I expect it to be a bit longer on max due to the quality of the burgers, but clearly something wrong with it. another time that I ordered with the delivery to Auto option. they didn't give it to the car, I had to go in after waiting for 15 minutes with hungry children. when I said it should be brought out, the answer was oh sorry I didn't see that. the problems at this max could reject one or two times, but they always seem bad with the service over a long period. edit: had to order from here (child and eat really needed). the service has not improved and the food when we got it after home included hard stale brot on some burgers along with missing items. if I could post 0 stars, I would do that. avoid this max if possible

All max restaurants have gone downhill fast lately. But this takes the cake. Colt lump of a disgusting burger. Never ever again. I would rather starve.

My worst experience ever, I have eaten from max every day, but today I found a hair in my burger, so disappointed I spent 600 sec on literally nothing I could not eat my food because so disappointing I found a long blonde haare, I am a man)

Hühnerburger was good, fries were cold, cappuccino only the half of the cup filled.

2 bone pieces found in my burger and the service was slow and we were the only ones in the round. the only redeeming quality was that the shake was good. I would go back for sweets, but not the burgers who are really bad as it is a burger place!
