Great place, great stuff. I went in to get some tallow and ended up spending some time browsing what they had. Nice, clean, Pasteur raised, grass fed you name it. Will definitely be a regular. They stock everything you could think of, from Bison to Elk to local butter and honey.New owner Max is super friendly and clearly cares about the quality of their products and the quality of service.5/5

New owners are fantastic, called in to have some meat set aside, they prepared me an order fresh and were so pleasant to deal with. Not to mention how delicious the meat was. There 75/25 ground beef is PERFECT for smash burgers. 10/10 recommend. Support this business

First time at this butcher, the cuts of meat are not cut even . the first thing the guy did was to up sell me to the most expensive steak haha , the meat is cut in a way to rip you off .They lost my business and also the friends I would of sent. Won’t be back

Among the best steaks I’ve ever enjoyed. The meat balls are out of this world. Chicken is delicious. Turkey slices ideal for sandwiches. Highly recommended.
