Ital Vera Pizza - Vaughan

My family has been loyal customers of this restaurant for a long time. Yesterday, we ordered two pizzas but unfortunately got into a car accident on the way to pick them up. We called to cancel our order out of courtesy, but the person who answered the phone showed no concern for our well-being and only cared about getting paid. It was appalling. Despite the fact that we were involved in a serious accident with several injuries, this individual insisted on keeping the pizzas in the fridge for us to pick up the next day. It's just pizza, not a life or death situation. I understand the loss of $50, but his lack of empathy was truly unbelievable. I have informed my husband and our Woodbridge Italian Family not to support this business anymore.

The portions were generous and the flavors were excellent. We ordered a party-sized pizza, rice balls, bruschetta, and garlic bread with dipping sauce. We enjoyed everything except for the rice balls.

Used to get a pizza slice everyday for lunch here in high school. The workers are very friendly and remember you by name. Get the calabrese slice. Well done. With garlic dipping sauce on the side. They've also got good rice balls and a delicious Caesar salad. This place will not disappoint!

Just bought this pizza from Ital vera Pizza. The girl who picked up the phone was rude and she put the wrong orders. It was a bad experience. The pizza was not good. it was not worth my time. Do not recommend.

Popped in to pickup a pizza. Ordered a party pizza cost 33 dollars and had to wait 45mins. I wish they'd told me it would take that long. Not coming back here again.
