Incompetent staff. 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready (UberEats pre-order) they notified me that they just put it in and need more time to prepare it. Location did not look busy or full of customers (2 in about 20 minutes) and staff in the back was walking around not doing anything.

Don’t try this place at all. I got food poisoning after I ate here. I raised my concern to the manager and told them that the food was bad and their answer was we know!!

This will be my last visit to this location. The quality of chicken is not what it used to be. Ordered a 10 piece combo and the chicken was horrible. It’s wasn’t battered properly and there is liquid grease at the bottom of the bucket. Fire the cook!

I ordered a bucket yesterday and when I arrived home, the chicken tasted burnt and tastes like gas. I called their location and they quickly sent another bucket and picked up the old one.I go in my kitchen AND ITS THE EXACT SAME THING. I hate this location. I wasted money.

The food was too expensive and low quality we ordered 6 chicken wings and 6 chickens. Nuget for 34$Each wing is 3.35 $greasy and soggyNoungets are so small like all needed so salty with old frize. KFC gets worse every day. I like poppies better and my family will buy KFC forever.
