McDonald's - Vaughan

Basically everything BUT the burger here are decent lol. A place that is about burgers should really have more than just shredded lettuce, awfully spread sauce, a small patty, and thin buns. Fast food used to be about decent quick meals for cheap prices, but now it's expensive for its quality. The quality just gets worse every year.

It's a McDonald's. The food is never like the pictures. My McCrispy sandwiches looked like they were tossed together, and then tossed around some more in their boxes. The Big Mac is a complete disappointment. Then I tried an apple pie. It was dry and burnt. The entire experience was a complete let down. I can't believe that McDonald's actually keeps getting worse each time I go. I don't know what happened to McDonald's food, but the food isn't what it used to be. And please, can McDonald's at least hire staff that can understand English. It just reminded me once again why I stopped going to McDonald's. I will never again; ever,ever, ever go to McDonald's again Never !

Worst staff service.Ordered Ranch McCrispy only to get it without picles. When I informed the staff, they wouldn't agree that the sandwich comes with pickles. I had to show them the picture in their own menu card to convince them!Finally, I received the sandwich I paid for but as if the staff pulled a big favor on me.

The sandwich was completely fallen apart. I had to put the dishes and cheese back inside. The store is dirty. Fruit flies are everywhere.

Great service. The manager Vatsal has who was on duty this morning is so kind and helpful, with excellent customer service skills.
