I have been ordering from this location for years and no issue at all until today with new staff perhaps. Normally they would put online orders on the shelves for pick up. Upon arrival nothing was there. And a line of 5 ppl in front of me. Instead of cutting in line, I had waited until the female staff asked if anyone’s here for online orders. Next I said don’t you usually put the orders on the shelves for pick up? Then the male staff harassed me with a mean look and tone and said “is it hard for you to ask and pick up from the cashier side?” Seriously, is that the right attitude towards customers? As a management consultant, I was trying to help and respond by saying you guys need consistency to run a biz (all factual nothing emotional). Your biz would thrive if you stick to the same rules. Apparently they don’t care. Pls give up those two staff, especially the emotional male staff, at all costs. They are destroying your store reputation. The incident happened on June 8, 2023 around 1:45p. From now on, I will shop at the Dufferin and Summeridge location instead.

Ordered a footling meatball sub but came with no toppings or sauce. Order was rushed. Lazy and unprofessional
Rude customer service and the food was really bad, chicken was cold and it was old.
