Taco Bell - Vaughan

My beef burrito and soft taco were great! They have a buy one, get one free deal on Mondays, which was just as I expected. Although prices have gone up, with one drink included in the deal, it still offers pretty good value.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The older gentleman taking orders was very rude and condescending. Initially, I thought his behavior was just a one-time occurrence when I saw him interacting with the car in front of me. However, when it was my turn, he treated me the same way. I also requested a milder sauce but ended up receiving ketchup instead.

Not authentic tacos obviously but for what it is, it’s not half bad. Only bad thing is this location gives you chicken hot sauce instead of the typical taco bell hot sauce. Mild sauce yellow has been available but hot red haven’t been for a while now..

I ordered a bean burrito with extra tomatoes and lettuce but they gave me beef burrito instead. I dont eat meat . I am talking to a lawyer and soon i will sue them as i have enough proof to prove that i ordered a bean burrito. If you dont know how to work in a food industry go and learn.

Ive only been here once, the food I recieved was good but the customer service was not there. I had asked for hot sauce, was told they had none. I asked politely 2-3 more times and it was like magic, they had hot sauce all different types. I dont know if it was lazyness or what but you definately need to push with this staff with what you want from them.
