Friendly staff. But even the staff can't make up for the hard facts of the room and location. The room is shabby and unfortunately not very clean. In the corner there is a loud fan instead of air conditioning. No recommendation. Sorry

Nice hotel, but with dubious accounting problems. I only received a partial invoice and am stuck with part of my business trip costs. It is not possible to issue a full invoice. However, cashing in in full worked smoothly. If a Danish tax official reads this, I would be happy to give a statement! When can I expect my FULL bill? ADDENDUM: After many emails, calls and attempts from booking.com, I finally received the bill and can therefore give it two more stars.

As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's central location, just a short walk from the city center, as well as the free parking. The service at the Vejle Center Hotel is noteworthy. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to respond to individual requests. I particularly appreciated the quick and easy check-in as well as the helpful tips on local attractions. The breakfast in the in-house Pavillon Restaurant was excellent. A diverse selection of fresh and regional products ensured a perfect start to the day. A special highlight was the free access to the nearby fitness center and swimming pool, which offered a pleasant balance to exploring the surrounding area. The feel of the hotel is modern and inviting, however my room clearly had not been updated since the hotel opened in the late 1980s. It seemed a bit dated, but was still clean and functional. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the rooms, so it can get very warm. The collection of garbage containers underneath a whole row of rooms, including ours, is also unsightly and causes early morning noise.

We had a spacious room, clean, nothing fancy though. The personnel speaks very good english and are pleasant both at the reception and the restaurant. The restaurant was expensive but they cooked very good food. Parking was available infront of the hotel. Overall a good service.
