Amadeus is one of the few establishments which deserves a five-star rating, but I have to say that I was astonished by literally everything they had to offer. I strongly recommend to visit them at least once if you happen to pass by and try their astounding dishes. You will be pleasantly welcomed by the staff and the owner will personally take orders from international guests and give you an English menu to choose from. They cover everything from coffee, tea, beers and wine to various meat, salads, pizza and some local cuisine. They even veganize food for you if you ask. Also, there's ice cream available. I was taken aback by the prices, which, considering a restaurant by the beach, were cheap and affordable. They will wrap up the food for you to take home if you happen to don't finish a course. The food is top-class and I don't remember when I ate this good food last. Give the greek coffee a chance, which is a strong blend of local coffee. The atmosphere will quickly take you in as you watch the beautiful scenery inside, which was designed with a keen eye. Outside you will overlook the sea by the beach and you can decide if you want to enjoy your time there either inside or outside. All in all Amadeus sets itself apart from the others by offering everything you could ask for and is the gem of restaurants in Velika. Visit it at least once if you happen to be there. You will not regret it. I'm sure I will remember the lovely staff and their smiles for the rest of my life, so the trip to Velika was definitely worth it for the food alone.
